TWTG will not be responsible if the wrong sensor has been purchased, which is not compatible with the regional frequencies to be used. The customer will be responsible for the LoRa Network, including LoRa gateways, LoRa network server and data visualisation via a dashboard and/or, integration into the back-end system. The customer will take responsibility for the implementation, commissioning, and mounting of the NEON Vibration Sensor. TWTG will deliver products, which have been thoroughly tested and certified. Should for any reason a device be faulty on arrival, then we will replace it within 14 days of receipt.
