It seats well under moderate bolt load and holds its shape in service. If you need softer (40A) for sealing rough surfaces, contact us.Is neoprene the same as EPDM?No. Both are synthetic rubbers but they have different chemical structures and strengths. Neoprene handles oils better; EPDM resists UV and ozone better and is the preferred choice for water-only or outdoor-only service.
