Rather than roasting dark, we built Neptune with the same philosophy we bring to all of our coffees: exceptional green coffee, thoughtful roasting, and balance in the cup. The result is a cold brew that's rich and chocolate-forward while maintaining the sweetness and clarity of high-quality specialty coffee. Expect notes of buttery toffee, malted chocolate, and a smooth, rounded finish that shines whether served over ice, on nitro, or with a splash of milk. Currently, Neptune is built from washed coffees from Mexico and Colombia. Smallholder producers in Veracruz and Oaxaca provide sweetness and structure, while washed community lots from Suaza and La Plata, Colombia bring depth, balance, and remarkable drinkability.
