Timing is critical when detecting leaks, so it's common to see two of these flat surface monitors inside the stand, and another two outside the stand, for complete protection against a leaky aquarium. Note: Neptune Systems Solid Surface Leak Detection Probe will only work with the Neptune Systems Fluid Monitoring Module and cannot be used with the ALD module.
