After our 1984 record-shattering -9 degrees F, we began a local search for oleanders that had survived our killer freeze...there weren't many. One of the plants we ran across was N erium 'Mathilde Ferrier'. Although it was badly burned at -9 degrees F, it returned the following spring with great vigor. Atop the 8' tall bushes are bouquets of double, light yellow flowers, that start for us in late June. Show more
