Ingredients Active ingredients: Aloe vera, Brahmi oil (Bacopa monnieri), St. John’s Wort oil (Hypericum perforatum), Shankpushpi oil (Convulvulus pluricaulis), Magnesium taurate, GABA, alpha lipoic acid, vinpocetine, lavender oil (Lavandula augusifolia), rosemary oil( Romarinus officinalus), Peppermint oil (Mentha piperita) *At a significantly reduced proprietary level, to enhance cream absorption with a marked reduction of any skin reactions. Inactive ingredients: H2O, Shea butter (Vitellaria paradoxa) and Polawax (Emulsifying wax NF) Usage Apply to painful area 2 to 3 times/day. Can also apply only when pain occurs, although applying before pain occurs may be more effective. In general, applying first thing in the morning allows for 6-8 hours of effect. Reapplying at the end of that period is suggested. Area should be clean. Initially, apply a thin layer of cream. Can increase as needed. If applied to feet, put on socks after application. It may take 30-60 minutes for pain reduction due to the complex chemistry of the cream. Can reapply a second time after 5-10 minutes for greater efficacy. Patch test recommended on sensitive skin. In order to experience the benefit of nerve healing, application of the cream for several weeks is necessary.
