10.75”x10.75”x1” Clear Glaze with Hand drawn design The Net Tray recalls the working coast of Maine, where fishing nets rest coiled along docks and wharfs. Slipcast in porcelain, i ts surface is hand-drawn in a net of lines, then dipped in glaze that transforms the drawing into striations. Some lines sharpen, others soften, creating a surface alive with variation. Functional yet sculptural, the Net Tray carries a sense of place and process—each one a record of both hand and waterline.
