It is wonderfully soothing to the digestive tract & supportive of a heathy hormonal balance. It can also assist in easing arthritic pain, improving wound healing & lessening seasonal allergies, when taken regularly. Taste: Light, earthy, slightly floral, minty; undertones of vanilla. Ingredients: Organic Red Raspberry Leaf, Albanian Kosher Nettle Leaf, Organic Spearmint Leaf, Hand-Picked 100% Pure Natural Honeysuckle Bud, & Organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean. Tea bags are made of eco-friendly, biodegradable, unbleached wood pulp~ Directions: Steep 1 tea bag per 1 cup (8-10oz) of hot or boiling water. Allow to steep for 15-20 minutes for maximum medicinal effect. Add honey to taste after fully steeped, prior to drinking. Note: honey should never be added to hot/boiling water, as this harms its medicinal properties. Always allow tea to cool slightly to a drinking temperature before adding honey. Local honey is best if it is available, as it provides additional immune-boosting benefits. Raw, organic honey is the next best option. This tea can also be made in larger batches and refrigerated for consumption over a 2 day period. When making a larger batch, steep 4 tea bags in 4 cups (1000ml) of hot or boiled water. Allow to steep in tempered glass carafe (highly recommended), until water cools to a lukewarm temperature. Remove tea bags; gently ease excess water from bags. Add honey to taste, and place in refrigerator to finish cooling. Apply a sticky note to carafe, indicating the type of tea & date it was made. Tea should be consumed within 2 days for maximal medicinal effects, and should be tossed out & made fresh on day 3.
