Lasts up to 3 years! • Depending on existing surface, clean area to be sealed with LayorCare’s Pre-Treat Cleaner or Heavy Calcium Releaser if calcium or efflorescence is present. • Apply Neutral Seal with brush, roller or airless sprayer. • Always use full strength--DO NOT DILUTE. • Two coats are recommended. Allow to dry to touch before applying additional coats. • Surface can be walked on after 1 hour. • Let cure for 24 hours before applying standing water. (fountain, pool, spa) • Product covers approximately 600-1000 sq ft per gallon per single coat application. • Neutral Seal will last up to 3 years when properly maintained!
