Tressa Neutralizer is a wave neutralizer patented with Triple Bond Neutralizer, the first and only neutralizer to re bond the Disulfide, Hydrogen and Salt bonds after a Wave servic e. Allowing the hair to be shampooed or additional color service immediately following a Wave Service. Neutralization Process:1. After rinsing perm solution, blot hair until excess moisture is eliminated.2. Air neutralize at least 5 minutes.3. Place cotton around hairline to prevent dripping.4. Apply neutralizer evenly to all rods twice.5. After 5 minutes, remove rods and work neutralizer through hair.6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water for 2 minutes. Show more
