Neversink Gin starts with a New York State apple base spirit that is carefully distilled through a blend of 11 botanicals to create a well balanced, floral and aromatic gin. While not tasting explicitly like apples, the botanicals were selected to create a flavour profile that feels indicative of New York and the farmers that supply the ingredients.
