Please note that the item is deliver by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs. If the item is sending to apartment address, receiver MUST arrange someone to meet the driver at the front of the apartment and bring the item(s) upstairs themselves. The driver DOES NOT offer the service to bring the item(s) up to the apartment for customers. We DO NOT ship our products to regional, rural areas and farm address. Please check the item as soon as you received it. Please report to us if any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day item was received as per insurance company’s policy.
