These shrimp are active scavengers, cleaning up waste and feeding on biofilm and algae. Their low maintenance nature and non-aggressive behavior make them excellent tank companions. Let them settle. Feeding too quickly risks their health and water quality. If you have existing fish, feed them before releasing new livestock. Stress & Coloration It is normal for shrimp to look pale or lethargic after shipping due to stress. They typically take 3-7 days to fully adapt and return to full colour and vibrancy.
