Red, green and white were the colours used by the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies and featured on all of their banners whilst they campaigned for emancipation. The design is resist printed onto aluminum by hand then dyed a vibrant red. The alumnium is polished to give it a shiny surface prior to printing and is completely colourfast.
