ACTIVATOR The activator is an essential liquid, part of the overall DIPD powder system. The activator is the solution that sets and hardens the base coat and dip powder layers. Apply generous layers for best results. The Activator sets the Top Coat. It is important to ensure the activator is completely dry before applying Top Coat to avoid the Top coat brush to harden. It is important to follow the instructions in the How to Guide.
