Hops: Wai-ti, Azacca, Calypso (Dry) This one’s for the for the Islander inside all of us. Islanders are famed for their kindness and the importance of family, so we wanted to creat e something that celebrated the South Pacific Islands and these noble traditions. So, after a hot debrief with Manu Tuilagi, Telusa Veanu, Jordan Taufua and Ifereimi Boladau he learned about the flavours of the Islands, mangoes (best from neighbour’s gardens) plenty of passionfruit and wanted to make a NEPA. A visit to the hop merchant to hand selected (again we have the pictures to prove it!) we decided upon Wait-ti, Azacca and Calypso for the dry hopping. Show more
