When steeped it becomes a gorgeous lavender-violet color, add a bit of lemon or lime to watch it turn to magenta! Lavender: known as the ultimate calming scent and flavor. There is research linked to Lavender’s ability to calm the entire nervous system, lowering anxiety and depression while lifting the mood. It can lower blood pressure and lessen general anxiety. Peppermint: cooling and special in its ability to energize or calm depending on time of day. Soothing for digestion and tension throughout the body.
