Our "New Momma" Blend, a blend for new mommas! In the summer of 2020, we were blessed with beautiful twin girls. This blend was inspired by the herbs from the garden that called the most during the new baby time. I would steep freshly picked fennel, raspberry leaf and lemon balm, and sometimes add flower petals or fenugreek seeds. I would pour this herbal brew over ice, and enjoy in a giant mason jar. It just hit the spot! Our "New Momma" Blend is perfect for the new momma, supports breastfeeding and is nourishing and rejuvenating! Enjoy hot or iced. Brewing: Steep 1 tablespoon "New Momma" Blend in 8 oz boiled water for 5 minutes.
