Full Moon Breathwork & Reiki Friday, August 28| 6:30-8:00pm | $45 Guided by Chris Thier of Confluence Breath and Body (www.confluencebreathbodywork.com), this workshop is designed to help release emotional tension, reconnect you to your inner clarity, and support nervous system regulation. It presents an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves and create space for what you wish to cultivate. Through guided conscious connected breathing, you'll activate your body's natural healing intelligence while gently supporting this process of release and renewal. During the guided breathwork, Amy Mew of Light, Love, and Reiki (www.lightloveandreiki.com/) will offer Reiki energy healing to deepen the release process and help the body feel safe as emotions and sensations move through. You'll discover how conscious breath can become a powerful tool for navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional blocks, and fatigue. This experience is open to all levels, and no prior experience with breathwork or Reiki is required. Please bring a yoga mat and, if you'd like, an eye mask for added comfort during relaxation. A limited number of lavender-filled eye pillows will be available for purchase.
