Rum Bay Rum sample, 2 mL, is a spray vial of the spicy cologne eau de parfum, a hug from the old world. It opens on West Indian bay, spicy and green from the leaf. The heart brings linden, soft and honeyed, taking the edge off the spice. The base rests on sandalwood, creamy and warm. Classic bay rum softened with sandalwood, lime and linden, updated without losing what made barbershop cologne good in the first place. The 2 mL vial holds the full formula. From the New York fragrance house D.S. & Durga. Scent family: spicy cologne. Intensity 2 of 5 on the D.S. & Durga scale, one of the softest in the range. Unisex. Wears well year round. Spray on the wrist and wear it for a full day before deciding. Available as a 50 mL bottle if it works for you.
