Installation Instructions: 1. Open the strap with the rubber patch facing up2. Place multitool or CO2s levers sideways across the patch 3. Next, place inner tube over the top of the accessories4. Stretch shock cords over the inner tube5. Hold the loaded assembly against the frame tube or saddle rails with the silicone grippers sandwiched in the middle6. Wrap the Voile Strap around the frame tube/saddle rails and tighten7. Tuck excess strap into the rubber keeper
