Newton FlexProof 106 is a highly advanced single component liquid waterproofing material that forms an elastomeric polymer membrane capable of handling severe building movements and deformations. The system is available in two main variants: X-1, a thixotropic paste version for surface sealing over joints, and NV, a lower viscosity version that can be poured into movement joints.
