The Nexelec SAFE+ is a 3-in-1 LoRaWAN room sensor that measures carbon monoxide (CO), temperature, and humidity. Designed for lessors, property managers, and building maintenance specialists, SAFE+ provides remote monitoring and real-time alerts for carbon monoxide hazards alongside ambient condition tracking. SAFE+ combines a 10-year sealed electrochemical CO sensor with temperature and humidity sensing in a compact wall or ceiling-mount enclosure. A digital logbook via QR code tracks installation and maintenance history across large fleets. Unlike the other sensors in the Nexelec range, SAFE+ is not configurable via NFC — it ships ready to use. If remote monitoring of CO alarm events is required, the device settings must be adjusted. Battery life of 10 years is not guaranteed; actual life may vary.
