This funky looking device has brought us the best cups of coffee we've ever brewed. Next Level collaborated with astrophysicist Jonathan Gagne to create what might just be our favo rite manual brewer, the Pulsar. This no-bypass brewer has a valve for total control over flow rate, plus a dispersion cap to insure uniform and consistent extraction. The valve allows for insane versatility, meaning you can brew a full-emersion or pour over style brew, extracting at high levels with ease compared to other brewers.
