Nga'a Puuy is our Kugu word for crabs. Crabs are important food for our people especially mud crabs. Mud crabs live in holes in the mud usually in Mangrove swamps. We spear them or catch them in drag nets. One must be very careful of its claws. They can chop a finger off.
