Each NGS kit includes sufficient reagents to process 12-48 DNA samples (depending on the amount of DNA/sample) with unique indexing primers to multiplex up to 12 samples per run in a single lane. Supplementary indexing primers are also available, which increase multiplexing capacity to 24 samples per run in a single lane.
