The Sienna trousers are a high waisted style trouser, with an elasticated waistband and drawstring detail. They are straight, wide leg trousers with side seam pockets. Includes a paper envelope, printed large format pattern and a high quality printed instructions booklet. Sizing: This pattern is available in UK sizes 4-18 or 16-32 Skill level: This pattern is labelled as advanced beginner. While this is a relatively simple pattern, there are some more complex parts such as the pocket construction and ability to handle the elastic during the waistband topstitching. There is a Youtube sewalong for this pattern! Fabric and notions: This pattern has been designed for lightweight woven fabric with little to no stretch. For a breezy Summer fabric I love the look or cotton or linen. Viscose also works really well, as it gives a lovely drape. You could even use something like silk to make a really special pair!
