This is our Jinotega Community Coffee, a fully traceable blend of coffees from member farmers in Jinotega, Nicaragua, brought together as a “community lot” while still keeping trac k of who grew what (we love that). The result is a classic Jinotega profile: balanced, clean, and sweet, with enough sparkle to keep every sip interesting. In the cup, look for black cherry and honey aromatics, followed by chocolate, apple and cranberry notes and a juicy body. It’s washed process, so it stays crisp and tidy—great for folks who want fruit and structure (no wild funk required). We roast it in our light-to-medium lane to keep the sweetness high and the acidity lively. Show more
