People often ask what is Holistic coaching and my reply is: “What does it mean to you?” Most people say “working with the whole client rather than just with the Mind”. Ideally, whe n you are qualified, all coaching becomes Holistic. In both personal and professional coaching, you’ll often be working with a client’s conscious mind dealing with 'tangible’ goals, however, in reality, your clients bring all of themselves to every session; their emotions, past, unconscious assumptions, decisions, opinions, stories all of which impact their goals.
