Use & Dosage The program contains 3 steps, which should be used according to the following schedule. Place one lozenge in your mouth. Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically. Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day. Week 1-6 : Have one lozenge every 1–2 hours. Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period. Week 7-9 : Have one lozenge every 2–4 hours. Week 10-12 : Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours. As you get closer to victory, you will be able to reduce how often you have a lozenge.
