The palate is well-rounded and medium-sweet, with Cox's characteristic honeyed note balanced by the tartness of Bramley. Finishes clean with a gentle fizz. The blend Cox's Orange Pippin · Falstaff · Jonagold · Bramley — all grown on our Tenterden farm. Each variety brings something different: Cox for aromatics and honey, Falstaff for body, Jonagold for sweetness, Bramley for backbone and acidity. Food pairings Endlessly versatile. Great with pub food, burgers, grilled sausages, pork belly, or a generous slice of Cheddar. Also excellent alongside Thai and Vietnamese dishes where the sweetness works with spice.
