With a cupping score of 85 or higher, our Night roast is crafted to enhance bolder notes, drawing out rich cacao character with a smoo th finish in every cup. This darker roast reduces natural fruitiness and acidity of the bean to let bolder notes shine. Leveled at a medium/dark to prevent the bite that can come with intensely dark roasts, the result is a smooth, rich, less complex cup with little to no acidity.
