This visually stunning one-of-a-kind Night Forest Plants urn has an unforgettable foliage-inspired look. It features driftwood and brass additions. The urn measures 8.5 inches in h eight and 4.5 inches at its widest point. This urn has the capacity of up to 85 cubic inches. This unglazed bisque urn is fired in a Sagger: a container filled with minerals and wood shavings. Sometimes the piece is wrapped in seaweed or other materials to get color. Salt is added to the Sagger along with other materials in the attempt to get an interesting surface. The Sagger is then placed in a fuel burning kiln and fired to about 1800 degrees.
