Neck Strap for Night Shift Sleep Positioner The Night Shift Sleep Positioner allows the user to wear it around the neck or chest. This is the replacement strap that is used for the neck option. It is made from a comfortable silicone material that is latex-free and washable. The neck strap safely secures itself with the use of a magnetic clasp. It can be worn on people with neck sizes that range from 12 to 22 inches (30 to 55 cm). You should replace this strap every 6 to 12 months or as needed. The Night Shift is a patented, clinically-proven therapy for patients with positional obstructive sleep apnea (POSA) that can be worn around the neck or chest. After allowing the user time to fall asleep in any position, it begins to gently vibrate when the user attempts to back-sleep. The vibration then gradually increases in intensity until the user changes position. Night Shift is an intelligent, interactive monitor that also allows patients and clinicians to track sleep quality and therapeutic effectiveness via the Night Shift application on iOS & Android devices or a web-based portal.
