South facing on the warme st side of the region, some vines dating back to 1910. A week of maceration in concrete for a golden hued masterpiece. Candied fruit, dried herbs, so much citrus pith. Nothing chewy or astringent either. Lifted by a healthy amount of acidity and with a so much depth of flavour but just so effortless.
