Every surface the water touches is 304 food-grade stainless steel and borosilicate glass. Zero plastic in the water path. Four temperature presets (175°F, 195°F, 200°F, 212°F), a 30-minute keep-warm, a removable stainless steel infuser for loose leaf, boil-dry protection and auto shut-off.
