46% ABV. / 700ml Spiced RumWith an increasing interest in the UK for Spiced Rums, Ninefold Distillery launched their own unique take in 2021 with this Scottish Spiced Rum. Using th eir own Pure Single Rum as the base, it is naturally flavoured with nutmeg, allspice and aniseed. A small amount of Fair Trade cane caster sugar (15 grams per litre) is used to round out the flavours, and the beautiful golden colour comes from a little caramel. Serves: Dormont Spiced is a dry style, sophisticated and well balanced drink that works best either taken neat, or mixed with lemonade, cloudy apple juice, or tonic water.
