Our fourth experimental cask release, casked on Christmas Eve 2021 in ex-Oloroso sherry octaves (60 litre casks) for 2 years and 9 months. These sherry casks were used to mature Sc otch whisky before we got our hands on them to age our rum. Just 238 bottles available at cask strength of 62.3%, with each bottle individually numbered.
