First prize, Museum Publication Design Competition, American Alliance of Museums “Nineteen Nineteen,” was a major exhibition of the Centennial Celebration at The Huntington Library , Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens, and demonstrated a pivotal year in world history with about 275 objects drawn from The Huntington’s holdings. To complement the exhibition, The Huntington published Nineteen Nineteen, a 260-page, richly illustrated book by James Glisson and Jennifer A. Watts.
