This washed process Reserve Lot is made up of small harvests from producers living on or around Ninga Hill who deliver their cherry to the eponymously named Ninga washing station f or processing. The Ninga washing station also serves as the delivery site for cherries grown in two additional nearby hill communities: Bumba and Giku. In this lot, we find inviting vanilla and caramel aromatics on the nose, followed by a mix of juicy stone fruits and fresh summer melon in the cup. Show more
