The NJP Wall Lamp carries the working-lamp precision of Oki Sato's nendo-designed series for Louis Poulsen into fixed architecture. Launched in 2015 as an LED-age rethink of the cl assic architect lamp, it keeps the balanced arms and tilting chimney-shaped head — which vents heat while washing a soft secondary glow back over the arm — in short-arm and long-arm versions, corded or hardwired. Mounted beside the bed it replaces a bedside lamp entirely: set the arm low and forward for focused reading light, then fold it back against the wall when not in use. Equally at home above a desk or reading chair, its understated finishes bridge Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired interiors.
