The fork provides stability while slicing large pieces of meat such as roast and ham for the best leverage and ease. The handle is shaped to perfectly fit in your hand, giving you the right amount of leverage and support while cutting. Each fork in the Insieme collection comes with a magnetized wood block. Berti knives are handmade in Italy by skilled artisans with the technique used since 1895. The knives are forged out of stainless steel and are made with the highest craftsmanship. Berti artisans create knives with the integrity and authenticity that cannot result from mass production. The same craftsman that begins a knife takes it all the way through to completion. Handle Material: Cornotech, a special durable resin made to resemble horn.
