It's designed to allow you to sc rew down your trolling motor without having to use bolts on the underside. Each pack includes 4 isolator bolts and 4 rubber isolators. For use with motors up to 80lbs of thrust. CAUTION: Isolator bolts should be checked regularly as their integrity can fail over time and they are regarded as a "distant second" mounting solution.
