Th e syrup is matured in Tuthilltown charred American oak bourbon barrels. This produces a distinct bourbon and oak flavoured syrup. Uses Glaze pork or roast vegetables like brussels sprouts or sweet potato with this maple syrup. Pour over granola and yogurt in the morning, or over ice-cream for dessert.
