Formed in the wild desert landscape, the Sotol plant is part of the Agave family. The spirit it becomes carries the same name, and this release from Nocheluna is a pure representat ion of a spirit that is rising in popularity. Beginning in the Chihuahuan Desert, the plant forms the liquid that becomes the distillate. It's then harnessed by a fourth-generation master distiller to create a resilient spirit that blends notes of minimality, citrus, and mint that can be enjoyed neat or in various cocktails.
