The fitting is dimmable when paired with a dimmable GU10 bulb and compatible dimmer switch. Can it be used in a bathroom? No. The IP20 rating means this fitting is suitable for dry indoor spaces only. Bathrooms require a minimum IP44 rating, and zones 1 and 2 require IP65 or higher. How is it mounted?
