The Solution is the developer for Noemi Hybrid Dye. The structure of the color becomes ideal and does not run. The Noemi Solution Corrector 0% helps reduce the percentage of peroxi de. It can be added to 3% developers after lamination or when tinting eyelashes which makes the tinting process more gentle. Example: Mix 1:1 with Noemi Solution 6% to get a 3% developer.
