This primer gently and effectively prepares the eyebrow area for the tinting procedure to ensure best results and longer pigment retention. It removes leftover make up residues, and cleanses the skin and hair without the drying them out or leaving a greasy or sticky film. It is highly recommended to implement this step before each treatment to achieve flawless final results, and allows the dye to appear more natural on the hair and skin.
