It can be added to the 3% developer after lamination or when tinting eyelashes. This makes the tinting process more gentle. When mixed with other oxidizing agents, 0% Oxidant Corrector reduces the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. The chemical composition of the Noemi oxidants remains unchanged, while enhancing their cosmetic effect. The formula contains soothing and moisturizing components, as it positively impacts the hair and achieves a wonderful cosmetic effect during tinting.
