The NOHRD WeightBench is a solid wood training bench built for the full range of weight training - from flat bench press to steep incline exercises. The backrest adjusts across 8 positions and the seat across 2, locking securely into place with a simple upward movement backed by metal reinforcements. All upholstered surfaces are ergonomically shaped to provide optimal support up to shoulder height, while the raised seat position ensures stability during heavier lifts. With a maximum load capacity of 400 kg including dumbbells, it meets the demands of both home and commercial gym environments. The frame is precision-crafted from solid wood in Germany, measuring 128 cm in length and 35 cm in width.
